His research interests include synthesis, numerical simulation and optical characterization of QD-based coupled nanosystems (QD molecules) dedicated for applications in quantum information transport and quantum computing. In particular, he is interested in identifying changes in relaxation kinetics due to near-field QD-QD coupling or specific conditions responsible for the dark states formation in QD-coupled systems, both in terms of unidirectional and bidirectional exciton transfer.
