Mikołaj Lewandowski
Associate Professor at the NanoBioMedical Centre of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań
He is leading a surface science group focused on the growth, structure and physicochemical (electronic, catalytic, magnetic) properties of 2D materials at surfaces, including ultrathin metal oxide and nitride films, as well as epitaxial graphene. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he started a side-project aimed at developing a SARS-CoV-2 optical biosensor based on plasmonic effects. More information: http://www.surfacescience.pl/
