Anna Zawadzka
Dr Hab in Materials Engineering, Professor NCU
Head of Low-Dimensional Structures Laboratory in the Centre for Modern Interdisciplinary Technologies and Leader of the New Emerging Field: Materials Engineering and Technology; Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland
Her research focuses on the optical, electrical, and structural properties of materials in the thin film’s form that could be applied in solar energy harvesting and optoelectronics devices. Her main interest, in particular, is the high vacuum co-deposition process. This process enables the production of thin layers of virtually any composition and uniformity over a large surface. It is helpful in the fabrication of perovskite thin films as well as transparent conductive layers.
